Costumes and make-up:
Throughout our music video we want to have 3 main costumes.
The first costume (seen above) is what our artist may be wearing during the first shot of our music video. The first shot we wanted was the close up on the Wellington boots and therefore wanted a bright colour which would stand out. We chose pink for this to link in with our girly feel to our music video. The rest of this costume is quite casual and therefore we want our artist hair and make-up here to be fairly casual as well.
Above is the second costume our artist will be wearing. This costume will be worn during the paint scenes. We chose plain colours to make sure the paint easily seen. Although these clothes are plain in colour I still wanted the costume to represent the brand image and that is why I have chosen a frilly dress. To link with the costume here we are going for a natural hairstyle as shown above that will not overpower our artist but will hopefully make her seem innocent and calm.
The last costume in our music video will contrast with the previous ones by being glamorous. I think this costume will link in with the glitter scenes nicely and with the correct lighting will make a nice effect. Our artist's make-up here will link with the costume by being more exaggerated and noticeable. On top of this the hairstyle in these scenes will also be more extreme linking with different parts of the song.

Props:
As no one in our group had the bike we wanted to use we sent emails around our school asking if anyone had a suitable bike we could use.
Another prop we want to use is a drum. This drum will be covered in glitter and when Jade hits it the glitter should fly up in the air and create a good effect. Like shown in the picture to the right we could experiment with the lighting of our location to create an even better effect that looks very good. Another prop we want to use is powder paint. Like the glitter we hope this creates a good effect in our music video.
We followed up this response and discovered he had the perfect bike and that we could use it.
Equipment includes: a tripod, video camera, still camera, lighting, and white sheets.
